The Pittman's

We are Jason and Angie Pittman, a husband and wife team. We've been producing wedding videos for over a decade. Our top priority is to create a video that you will enjoy for the rest of your life.

Production

Since we do this all the time, we know exactly what to shoot. We use a cinematic, documentary approach. We also have an unobtrusive style, meaning that we do not direct you in any way (or shove a camera in your face.) We only use the latest technology: HD cameras, wireless microphones, tripods, a monopod, and several back-up batteries and chargers. Jason is the lead cameraman, but employs a few qualified cameramen, too.

Post-Production

Most of what you are paying for is the editing. Since we do not charge by the hour, we’ll have footage of your entire day. All footage must be sifted through several times in order to find the best shots to add to the final product. It’s a bummer to wait for that process to be finished, but the good news is that we are perfectionists, so your video is going to look and sound great! More good news is that you get to choose your own music.

ANGIE & JASON PITTMAN

We met at Northern Illinois University (in the dorm “Neptune North” for any of you Huskies reading) and have been together ever since. Anniversary: July 17, 1999.

After graduate school, we moved to Pasadena, California for three years just because we could (and yes, California IS as great as everyone says it is). We started our business there, but then moved to Chicago (and no, the traffic and six lane highways didn’t bother us – although we don’t miss the lack of parking spots). 

We moved to Peoria in 2008 to be closer to our families again.  We love it here, but also love to hike up to our beloved Chicago and anywhere else.
